We have both paid staff and volunteers to support us delivering this service, whether that's directly through providing advice and support to clients, or behind the scenes, in our admin, communication, IT and other support teams.

Paid roles
Team Leader
We are recruiting a Team Leader to lead some of our frontline services teams. You’ll be line managing staff and/or volunteer advice teams and helping to supervise other paid and volunteer advisers across the service.

Volunteer roles
Volunteer Advisers
We need new volunteers to join our Advice Team to provide effective and efficient client interviews, both face to face and on the telephone. You don’t need any particular qualifications or experience to train for this role.
Training sessions for 12 weeks will be held on a Thursday morning commencing 9 May and further details and an application form can be found in the application pack.
The closing date for applications is Sunday 21 April.
