Where you can find us
Our drop in information service at Minster Street is open on:
Wednesdays 10am to 12.30pm
Thursdays 10am to 3pm.
Although we are unlikely to provide advice on the day, we will either refer you in to one of our specialist teams, getting you an appointment as soon as possible, or we will point you in the direction of the most appropriate help for you.
In addition to our drop in information service, we have outreach advice events across the borough. There will be an adviser present able to give you advice on the day or arrange a follow up appointment. See the calendar for details.
